LCE are looking for suitable sites for the community to invest in renewable energy. The ideal site is a large roof of a commercial or public building, which uses a lot of electricity throughout the day.
There are some pictures of typical commercial and community buildings below. Pitched roofs need to be at least partially south facing. Flat roofs, of course, don’t!
It is important that we are able to identify and contact the building owner – not the tenant – so any information on ownership of a suitable building will be very helpful.
